Standard Features of Our Feedwater Heaters:

• Balanced long flow and cross flow mass and linear velocities in both desuperheating and subcooling zones result in additional baffles, reduced unsupported tube spans and thus decreased potential for vibration damage.
• Minimum three inch subcooling zone end blocks are an added safety factor in that they greatly reduce the potential for damaging steam entering the subcooling zone
• Maximum zone velocities are lower than typical industry standards thus minimizing the potential for vibration.
• Extended subcooling zone snorkel length with anti-vortex baffle allow for a more liberal level control range
• Sweep or internal venting options for effcient removal of non-condensibles
• Large steam domes and condensate areas in order to reduce steam velocity and provide stable level control.
• Automated tube-to-tubesheet welding procedures
• Welded overlay of tubesheets
• High pressure channel closures including hemi-head, welded diaphragm and full access
• All types including horizontal, vertical, condenser neck and duplex
