• Review of customer specifications to meet all contractual requirements
• Engineering and final design for customer approval (if required)
• HEI and TEMA design requirements
• ASME Code calculations
• Material requisitions, purchasing, receiving, inspection and control
• Shop and/or field inspections
• All required NDE, customer hold points, inspections and tests
• Final assembly and testing
• Shipping preparations including any special customer requirements

HYDRO DYNE's Quality Control System has been developed to insure adherence to the procedures under this system including responsibilities and functions. In addition, we are regularly audited by our Authorized Inspection Agency as well as required periodic National Board audits.
