These and other engineering services are also available on a consulting basis. Our in-depth failure analysis can correct original design or manufacturing problems.

Shop and/or field inspection along with operational data, including maintenance reports and recorded heat balance information, are combined with engineering design calculations to identify potential problem areas.

Bundle inspection or NDE testing, when possible, is used to further pinpoint areas of concern. Our engineering staff then recommends potential redesign or repair solutions to extend life and decrease unit operation costs.

HYDRO DYNE, as a member of HEI, is actively addressing industry related issues. We help develop state-of-the-art DESIGN technology to be introduced as industry standards.
